The BIM integrates the information useful in every phase of the design, from the architectural to the executive one (structures, systems, safety, maintenance, energy performance, demolition etc.) and management (metric calculation, distinct suppliers, etc.) . This represents a step forward in the design, reducing time, costs and errors.
