PLANNING  Planning is essential to establish what are the real needs of those who will inhabit the space. It is good practice to set priorities and make a Project Timeline That Works . Our architects will do one or more site inspections, draw up floor plans and our technical staff will draw up an analysis of the overall costs related to the renovation. If the project will fit you, we will move on to the next step, elaborating the technical drawings, photorealistic rendering if necessary and the inclusion of all devices such as home automation systems, audio systems, video systems, alarm systems and furnishing accessories. Luceled has a space dedicated to the design and manufacture of custom-made furniture, hi-tech coverings etc. Once these procedures have been finalized, a meeting will be organized to present all the figures involved in the restructuring and discuss the decisive aspects and the available options. Finally, the contract will be drawn up.

RESTRUCTURING  Restructuring can be partial or total, it can involve one or more companies, in any case it is necessary to carefully check the feasibility by following the regulations in force. It is therefore essential to be followed by competent technicians who can take care of all the bureaucratic / legal aspects such as compliance with construction site safety legislation. Our technicians will prepare a detailed estimative metric calculation, namely the detailed estimate costs to be incurred  based on the works to be performed as per the contract, including the requirements for safety on site and all the certifications required by law.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT  Just as the director takes care of every aspect of the set, the project manager has the task of coordinating teams of workers so that the scheduled works execution it's strictly done, following the architect's directives. The foreman will in turn coordinate his subordinates and this will relate directly to the construction manager.

TEAM WORKING  Any project from the simplest to the most complex needs skilled labor but it's not enough. Workers must be in tune, they be able to turn from group into a collaborating team. Very often the electrician, the plumber, the tiler, the heating engineer etc. they are part of different companies and therefore misunderstandings and bad moods can arise, causing delays or, worse, jobs performed imperfectly. This is why we have done a great deal of research over the years, selecting workers in line with our ideas, who love their work and know how to do teamwork.

DESIGN & TECNOLOGY   It is not enough to have designer furniture or luxury accessories to talk about good design, there must be harmony of shapes and proportion, therefore environments studied on the needs of those who will occupy them and furnishings complementary to the space. Materials quality should always be kept in the foreground, better to save on what is not essential. Thinking about the future adapting utilities to possible changements, for example today's electrical systems are very different from those of a few years ago, home automation and electronic devices are and will be increasingly present so even if you do not want to implement it, you should at least leave the arrangements for future updates. Thermo-acoustic insulation, heating / cooling systems, energy-saving lighting are now on everyone's lips, but how many are familiar with them?
